[meta-python][kirkstone][PATCH 4/6] python3-pillow: upgrade 9.3.0 -> 9.4.0

I'd normally be a bit nervous about backporting 9.0.1 to 9.4.0
but
https://pillow.readthedocs.io/en/stable/releasenotes/versioning.html#versioning and the ptest pass rate is the same as master once I added the
