When I was trying to include systemd v250 on dunfell I ran into the following error when building:
do_rootfs: The postinstall intercept hook 'update_udev_hwdb' failed

On kirkstone this is patched:

I have tested this patch on dunfell (using its version of systemd) and as far as I can tell it works there too.
Would it be alright to send this patch in for dunfell, since there does not seem to be any conflict, but it normally does not apply to it either?
