I had the same trouble.

If you rebuild libusb-compat and then rebuild bluez4 your problem should go
away

bitbake -c rebuild libusb-compat
bitbake -c rebuild bluez4

Yes, it is ok.
When I understans something in OE I'll put some dependency.
