Ran this in -next but we saw things like:

Files/directories were installed but not shipped in any package:
Please set FILES such that these items are packaged. Alternatively if
they are unneeded, avoid installing them or delete them within

qemuarm was similar:

so something isn't quite right :(

I'll retry with a small subset of the series of patches until we figure
this out.
